"To Whom It May Concern at Resolutions Hospice:

I received a satisfaction/evaluation form, cannot find it, but I definitely want to respond.

Connie, the Resolutions Hospice nurse for The Cottages in League City, cared for my dad during his last weeks of life. I also met and sat with Carolyn who sat with my dad during his final few days. There were two others who kept watch with my dad through the nights. I was not there when the Chaplain came but I know my dad was comforted by his prayers.

Ever since my dad's passing I have told other families about Resolutions Hospice and the wonderful care you provide during life's most difficult times. Connie was an angel to my dad and to me. She talked to me at length on her day off when I was concerned and needed to talk. I am an only child. My husband and adult sons are wonderful but they each had trouble seeing my dad in such a declined state during his last few months. Connie was the only person who seemed to truly understand where I was emotionally. She gave me strength and peace to deal with my dad's passing.

The person who helped me with the paperwork and explained your hospice care, was patient, thorough and offered me insights and explanations that allowed me to see placing my dad in hospice care was a positive, life-affirming decision.

I pray blessings on you all as you provide care and support to families and loved ones during life's most difficult passage. Thank you for being excellent at what you do."

"Joi, I am writing to thank you and your staff, specifically Jim, Shirley, Mary, Lynn, and Caroline for the support and guidance you all provided us through this difficult time. I am very glad to have chosen your company to care for my dad during his final days."

From family member "So grateful for Delmy's care, she is so gentle and loving. They are more than appreciative for hospice care."

"Janice Whittenburg family just reported our service is the best and the staff is doing a great job. Very reliable and dependable with visits and speedy reply to phone calls. Connie rocks!"

"Thank you all so very much. I got to be with her until the very end holding her hand and my head on her chest. She was my rock and my safe place and most of all my best friend. I am so blessed to have had her for a mother and I know she knows how much I love her and that she loved me too. She is not suffering any more.. I now have an angel watching over me. Thank you and everyone at hospice. You all are very gifted and a blessing to many."

"Thank you. I appreciate everything all of you have done."

"Thank you. You were a comfort as well as everyone involved with mother. I will always speak highly of Resolutions."

"I just want to thank you and your organization for the help you gave my Mother. We posted in her obituary to donate to your Hospice in lieu of flowers. I know several have done just that. My brother and sister and I buried Mother today and Hospice was mentioned at her service. Again, thank you and your firm for all that you did. You are angels on earth."

"You are awesome and I thank you so much."

"Thank you! You have a special calling, how lucky you."
